Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth, and choose a password. Confirm you're 18 or over, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is ready to fund immediately after verification.

You must be 18 years or older to register and play at 111 x. This applies to all products — sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, slots and crash games. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, the account is closed immediately and deposited funds are returned. 111 x requires identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. You need to submit: (1) a clear photo or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport, and (2) a selfie holding the same document. Documents must be current and clearly legible. KYC is a one-time process — once verified, you won't need to submit documents again unless we request an update. Most submissions are reviewed within a few hours.

Account suspensions can happen for several reasons: failed or incomplete KYC, suspected terms violation, activity suggesting fraud or bonus abuse, or a voluntary self-exclusion you activated yourself through Responsible Gaming settings. Deposits & Payments

Log in to your 111 x account, open the Wallet section and choose Deposit. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount in PKR, and follow the on-screen instructions — you'll be redirected to or given account details for your mobile wallet payment. The minimum deposit at 111 x is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT bank transfer. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may have a slightly different minimum — check the deposit screen for the current limit at the time of transaction.

First, wait up to 10 minutes — most deposits credit within 2 minutes but some bank transfers can take longer. Refresh your 111 x account page. Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your 111 x account, open Wallet and choose Withdrawal. Select your preferred PKR payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Before your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification is required — submit your CNIC or Passport plus a selfie. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, most withdrawals complete within 30 minutes after approval. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers typically take 2–24 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals can take 3–5 business days. Your first withdrawal will take longer if KYC verification is pending. All withdrawal timings assume your account is fully verified and the withdrawal is within your available balance.

If a match is abandoned before enough play has occurred for a result to stand (based on the sport's specific rules), 111 x will void all bets on that match and return your stake to your PKR balance. Individual markets within a match may also be voided if not completed — for example, a rain interruption affects certain over markets in cricket.
