Terms and Conditions – 111 x Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111 x ("111 x", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern your access to and use of the 111 x website, mobile interface and all services provided through them.

Please read these Terms carefully. When you register an account at 111 x, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 111 x platform.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one 111 x account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 111 x reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering at 111 x, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111 x login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share these with anyone. 111 x will never ask you for your password by phone, email or live chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 111 x support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

111 x may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or where there is reason to verify account details. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie for liveness verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 111 x account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Deposits

111 x accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposit methods are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits credited to your 111 x account are available for use immediately upon confirmed receipt.
• 111 x does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — 111 x has no control over these.
• Deposited funds are held in a separate client account and are not used for 111 x operating expenses.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and associated accounts permanently closed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 111 x are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• 111 x must complete identity verification before processing a first withdrawal. This is a standard KYC procedure and applies to all accounts.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests received before 3:00 PM PKT.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals process within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• 111 x does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum thresholds or fees applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside our control.
• Any active bonus balance must be forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds is processed unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• 111 x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed Rs 100,000.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses offered by 111 x — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and reload bonuses — are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses credited to your account are not automatically withdrawable. A wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements on 111 x bonuses are stated in the relevant promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit where applicable).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a time limit. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111 x will void the bonus and any associated winnings, and may close the account.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 111 x are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirming. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant event has concluded.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before enough play has taken place for a result to be determined.
• The event is postponed and does not restart within a timeframe specified in the applicable sport's rules.
• A clear pricing error has occurred and the odds offered were manifestly incorrect.
• A bet was placed after the event has already concluded (late bet).

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at 111 x update in real time. 111 x may briefly suspend live markets following significant events — goals, wickets, red cards — while odds are recalculated. Any bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the market has been updated are void. 111 x makes reasonable efforts to prevent this but accepts no liability for bets placed on delayed market information.

7.4 PSL and Cricket Betting

PSL and international cricket bets follow the official rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant board). A match must complete the minimum number of overs required for a result under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules for bets to stand. If fewer overs are completed without an official result, bets are voided. 7.5 Maximum Winnings

111 x applies maximum payout limits on a per-bet and per-day basis. These limits vary by sport and market and are stated at the point of bet placement. Bets that result in a payout that would exceed the applicable maximum are settled at the maximum payout amount.

Casino, Slots and Crash Games

All casino games, slot titles and crash games available on 111 x are provided by licensed third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and others).
